5.    Transparent.

What is transparency? I'm not talking about a CAD part texture or a row highlight color. The transparency we refer to in our values is how we do business. How transparent? Many talk a good game, but authentic transparency leads to vulnerability. Vulnerability can lead to hard feelings or lost business opportunities. As Yoda prophesied, hard feelings can lead to the dark side. So why be vulnerable? If you aren’t vulnerable you’ll never be forced to embrace authentic growth.

We are aware of what we know and what we don't know. We're never afraid to look ourselves in the mirror and not only question our own knowledge base, but also improve it with a new perspective.
