3.    Pragmatic

Practical, Commonsensical, Expedient, Business-like

Can we come up with complex,multi-layered solutions? Most can. Pragmatic is when high complexity is possible and potentially desired, but we only need a low complexity solution and implement one that can scale.

A brief example; your company uses a piece of software. This software allows a specific process to go unchecked and enables the creation of an error. This error costs the company money but the loss of productivity to navigate the additional safeguards actually outweighs that frequency and overall. These are pretty simple ideas for something that isn't ever that simple. The question still needs to be asked and thought through. Let us help guide you along with this thought experiment.
