9.    Imaginative.

Our imaginations take us to places when we read books that we can't articulate ourselves. Not because we're not capable, but because we often get in our own way. In contrast to an imaginative approach, we unintentionally add constraints to make our problems boxier. We don't always question the roots of why we're doing what we're doing.

If you can’t step away and see things from another, more imaginative perspective, or have people in a room who are challenging your current perspective, you may be missing the simple and elegant solution that is lying right there in the open. We want to be that challenging force that helps you to see the imaginative, efficient solution to your challenge.
