We always approach our work guided by our 10 core values.

7.    Determined.

Being determined is knowing that even though you may not yet know the way, you know that you will still figure out a way to arrive. We sometimes picture ourselves as escape room participants; spinning here, flipping there, twisting over here; all to avoid the laser alarms. We cannot approach our challenges and goals with the fear of pulling back, reassessing and adjusting to take a different attack angle.

What’s better is pulling back, reassessing, and adjusting at lightning speed with a rapid return to get to the final solution - and that’s where Base 10 comes in.
